I'm a Level 4 ITECH qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I work from home in Highams Park East London. I first qualified in holistic massage in 2012, and then very quickly followed on with other forms of massage including sports massage.
I have always used massage instinctively during my life as a Care Assistant, Mother, and Teaching Assisant. so when I discovered I could help people and be at home for my growing family it all came together in a wonderfully organic way. I am passionate about what I do and passionate about helping people of all ages repair rejuvenate and relax their way back to a good place in their well being journey.
Lisa is an excellent sports masseur, she understands the clien,is very patient and is a go to local specialist. I highly recommend her to friends and family. Try her you won't regret it.
