I'm a Level 4 ITEC qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I work from home in Highams Park East London. I first qualified in holistic massage in 2012, and then very quickly followed on with other forms of massage including sports massage.
I have always used massage instinctively during my life as a Care Assistant, Mother, and Learning Support Assistant, so when I discovered I could help people and be at home for my growing family it all came together in a wonderfully organic way. I am passionate about what I do and passionate about helping people of all ages repair, rejuvenate and relax their way back to a good place in their well being journey.

I am a fully qualified massage therapist - ITEC Level 3 Sports massage. With CPD qualifications in Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue and Holistic Massage.
Having been involved in semi-pro sports since I was 17 - I have developed a passion for health, recovery and fitness. This led me to interests such as anatomy and movement - with crucial elements being stretching and massage.
I have a desire to work with all types of people from office workers to athletes. Everyone accumulates stress, whether it is mental or physical - it is all stored in the body. One great method to alleviate stress can be massage.
Massage has helped me perform to optimum levels as an athlete and continues to help me with day to day life - relaxing, energising and motivating my body.

Lisa is an excellent sports masseur, she understands the clien,is very patient and is a go to local specialist. I highly recommend her to friends and family. Try her you won't regret it.
